Social dancing: All participants of a milonga want to dance and enjoy their evening. If every dancer dances one tanda with a person she/he never met, the milonga will be mixed up a lot. The social exchange will be elevated, and everybody to moves closer together . This and nice dances… is there anything more you expect at a milonga?
